Matrix of Humanity

The matrix is a way of thinking about development on a human scale. It takes into account
programatic variation and human interaction to create a diverse, creative, communal, and engaging urban setting. It is borrowed in part from modern tech offices, where recreational, social, and wellness opportunities interspersed throughout the office actually increase productivity and drive. AVs are the key to unlocking this matrix potential in cities as the city will finally begin to give precedence to humans over vehicles, and there will be more space for people to meander through cities. The matrix can be applied within a block or between multiple blocks.

With the matrix of humanity the city is given back to the people.
